NSPIRE Outreach is a Georgia-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting homeless and underserved individuals through housing, job placement, and community resources. Their programs focus on guiding people toward stability and self-sufficiency.

Khamai Strategies provided strategic planning services to NSPIRE Outreach, delivering the following key outcomes:

  • Five-Year Goal Review & Strategic Plan Feedback: Reviewed and refined the organization’s five-year goals, ensuring they were clear, feasible, and aligned with NSPIRE’s mission. Conducted goal prioritization with staff to focus on expanding the team to meet growing needs.

  • Fundraising Strategy Development: Developed a $250,000 fundraising strategy to expand staffing capacity, hire culturally competent staff, and improve service delivery. Provided feedback on budget alignment and guided staff through gathering necessary documents for grant submissions.

  • Grant Research, Narrative Development & Submissions: Conducted thorough research and submitted proposals to SC Johnson, Publix, and Wells Fargo. Crafted grant narratives to be reused in future applications.

  • Staff Structure Evaluation: Assessed the organization’s staffing structure and recommended bringing grant writing in-house to streamline the grant process and reduce reliance on external consultants
