Our Mental Health Collective
Project: Community Mental Health
Service: Project Management
Our Mental Health Collective (OMHC) is dedicated to addressing mental health disparities within BIPOC communities by providing culturally relevant mental health services. OMHC offers accessible mental health care through partnerships with organizations like Corewell Health, which fund therapy sessions, removing financial barriers for underserved communities. The collective's mission is to create equitable access to mental health resources by connecting individuals with therapists who understand their cultural backgrounds, offering a safe space for healing and support.
Our Mental Health Collective, in partnership with Corewell Health, launched a community mental health program aimed at providing accessible mental health services to BIPOC communities, removing cost barriers by funding therapy sessions. Khamai Strategies provided comprehensive project management services to support this initiative.
